How Can We Help You?
At the Iris Motel, there may be no front desk, but that doesn’t mean you have to navigate your stay alone. Here are some examples of what we can provide. 

Virtual Concierge Services

  • Restaurant and entertainment reservationist
  • Pre-arrival order and delivery of specialty items like flowers, balloons, and more!

Some things to note:

  • No housekeeping services available unless by request and for a fee
  • Need an iron? Our team can bring one by 9 am to 5 pm – please reach out if you would like an iron/board, extra blanket…tips on where to eat, etc. 
  • There is no laundry on site 

Shared Lobby

  • Inside of the lobby, you will find a shared microwave and a shared workspace 
  • Lobby use is restricted to Iris guests only 
  • Open 6 am to 11 pm 

Recommendations

  • As a local Nashville business, we understand the culture and know the local destinations. Tell us why you’re in town and allow us to make recommendations based on the type of experience you are trying to have.
